Attorney Frank Casco Case Summary:

2011 - Jose Fernando Santillanes, was killed when he touched a live copper wire, triggering an explosion and flash fire on a vacant lot. His wife sustained 3rd degree burns over 50 percent of her body.. STATUS: Pending

2008 - Christian Portillo, was shot to death by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy while sitting in his vehicle. No drugs or weapons were found in the vehicle. STATUS: Settled (Confidential Settlement)

2007 - The case of Edith Rodriguez, a 43-year-old mother of three who collapsed in the emergency room of Martin Luther King Jr. Harbor Hospital and died after not receiving help. STATUS: Settled (Confidential Settlement)

2006 - In the Case of the Martinez Family, a tire thread seperation caused the death of two. This threat of danger was clear negligence by the manufacture and producer of the tire (Cooper Tires). STATUS: Settled (Confidential Settlement)

2005 - The case of Martin Garcia, a construction accident in Carson, CA. In that accident, Mr. Garica plunged six stories into a tank filled with rebar, metal and wet concrete. Others were left clinging to rebar, suspended 50 feet above the ground until they were rescued. STATUS: Settled ($ 30 Million)
